In light of staff and students having to work or study from home following the COVID-19 outbreak, the National Institute of Education Library has rolled out a chat service in April 2020 to facilitate online consultations with its librarians.
Many of you would have noticed a red “Chat With Us” tab that appears on the home page of the library portal. All you have to do is to type your question in the chat box, and a librarian would be able to give you a quick response.
The “Chat With Us” will remain available in the semester starting August 2020, along with more library services that would be going online. Check it out here.
