On 28 October 2020, Assistant Professor Suh Hanna from the Psychology and Child & Human Development Academic Group was invited to speak on the topic "Bouncing Forward: Resilience in Tumultuous Times” at a virtual Brown Bag Workshop series organised by HeadHunt Singapore in partnership with Lifelong Learning Institute. During the session, she spoke about the common symptoms of worker burnout, shared useful strategies for coping with stress, and took questions from viewers.
The Brown Bag Workshops are aimed at examining how digitalisation will impact the future of work and how COVID-19 has accelerated some of these changes. The sessions are created in collaboration with tertiary institutions in Singapore.
