Chef Chan’s Restaurant

10% off total bill with minimum spend of $50 in a single receipt for dine-in only.
Since 2002, this prized inscription has taken pride of place wherever Chef Chan’s Restaurant is located. The calligraphy was penned by a descendant of the imperial family from the Qing dynasty. He bestowed upon the restaurant the highest accolade for its three signature dishes as being awe-inspiring.

Since the restaurant reopened at the National Museum of Singapore in 2011, the reigns in the kitchen were handed to Head Chef Wong Hong Loong. Popularly known as Ah Loong, he brings to the restaurant his three3 specialised culinary skills namely, the hot wok, the roast and dimsum.

In 2015, Chef Chan’s Restaurant relocated to #03-17 Aperia, 12 Kallang Avenue, Singapore 339511. Tel: 6333 0073. The new premises can seat 160 pax with eight rooms. Four of these semi-private rooms have foldable doors which can open end-to-end so as to be in full view of the dining area. This is ideal for events such as wedding dinners when hosts and guests should be within sight and not separated or blocked by partitions.

Everyday, Chef Chan’s Restaurant offers lunch and dinner set menus, ala carte and vegetarian menus. From time to time, certain dishes will be on promotion. Operating hours are from 11.30am – 3.00pm for lunch and 6.30pm – 10.00pm for dinner.
