Texas Comes to NIE

Texan Education Leaders from the Holdsworth Center, Texas, USA visited the National Institute of Education (NIE) on 17 July 2017 to learn more about how NIE prepares education leaders to be relevant and ready for the future. Professor Christine Goh, Dean, Graduate Studies and Professional Learning, together with Associate Professor Ng Pak Tee, Associate Dean, Leadership Learning, Associate Professor Chang Chew Hung, Associate Dean, Professional Development, and Dr Kang Lu-Ming Trivina, Assistant Dean, Teacher Leadership, hosted the delegation and briefed the leaders on our education leadership programmes. The delegation also visited one of the lectures conducted by Associate Professor Ng for education leaders in the Management and Leadership in Schools (MLS) programme.
